Данная работа посвящена исследованию арктической политики Китая и сотрудничества между Китаем и арктическими странами. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: Изучение арктической политики и Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€Ð¸Ð¹ китайского взгляда на Арктику. Изучение основ сотрудничества между Китаем и арктическими странами. Анализ политики международного сотрудничества и политики китайско-российского сотрудничества в Арктике. Исследование стратегии и устойчивого развития «Ледяного шелкового пути» в новую ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ Ñƒ. В результате была проанализирована политика Китая в отношении Арктики и сотрудничество Китая с другими странами в Арктике. Можно сделать вывод о Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ активного участия в Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ðµ арктического регионального сотрудничества и управлении Арктическим регионом. Китай должен не только укреплять двусторонние отношения с соответствующими арктическими странами, но и играть активную роль в сотрудничестве в Арктике, чтобы преодолеть трудности и добиться ÑƒÑÐ¿ÐµÑ Ð° в строительстве «Ледяного шелкового пути». В работе приведены рекомендации по успешному строительству «Ледяного шелкового пути» со всеми сторонами.
The topic of the final qualifying work: "China's Arctic strategy and international cooperation". This work is devoted to the study of China's Arctic policy and cooperation between China and the Arctic countries. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. The study of Arctic policy and the main theories of the Chinese view of the Arctic. 2. Studying the basics of cooperation between China and the Arctic countries. 3. Analysis of the policy of international cooperation and the policy of Sino-Russian cooperation in the Arctic. 4. The study of the strategy and sustainable development of the "Ice Silk Road" in the new era. As a result, China's policy towards the Arctic and China's cooperation with other countries in the Arctic were analyzed. It can be concluded that there is a need for active participation in the mechanism of Arctic regional cooperation and management of the Arctic region. China should not only strengthen bilateral relations with the relevant Arctic countries, but also play an active role in cooperation in the Arctic in order to overcome difficulties and achieve success in the construction of the "Ice Silk Road". The paper provides recommendations for the successful construction of the "Ice Silk Road" with all sides.
