Abstract

The reaction e/sup +/e/sup -/..-->..e/sup +/e/sup -/eta..pi../sup 0/..pi../sup 0/ has been observed with the Crystal Ball detector at the DORIS II storage ring at DESY. The eta..pi../sup 0/..pi../sup 0/ mass spectrum is dominated by the eta', and the two-photon width GAMMA/sub eta//sub '//sub ..-->..//sub ..gamma..//sub ..gamma../ is determined to be 4.6 +- 0.4 +- 0.6 keV. Limits on GAMMA/sub X//sub ..-->..//sub ..gamma..//sub ..gamma../ x B/sub X//sub ..-->..//sub eta//sub ..pi..//sub ..pi../ are given for other possible states.
