A FAQ online system based on wiki

Abstract: In this paper, we will propose a FAQ online system based on wiki engine. The goal of this system is to reduce the counseling workload in our university. It is also can be used in other counseling field. The proposed system will be built based on one of the popular wiki engines, TikiWiki. Actually, the function of the proposed system has gone far beyond the FAQ-platform functionality in practical application process, due to wiki wonderful concept and characteristics.
