Management of innovative activities of a student public organization

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: Управление инновационной деятельностью студенческой общественной организацией. Цель работы – разработка моделей для управления инновационной деятельностью студенческой общественной организацией, обеспечивающей адаптацию студентов. Объектом исследования Общественный Институт “Адаптеры”. Предмет исследования: разработка моделей для управления инновационной деятельностью студенческой общественной организацией, обеспечивающей адаптацию студентов. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: 1. Изучение деятельности выбранной организации. 2. Выявление целей Общественного Института “Адаптеры и корректировка его организационной структуры. 3. Выбор методов исследования. 4. Разработка модели для сравнительного анализа и выбора инноваций. 5. Экспериментальная реализация выбранной инновации. В работе выполнен анализ ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¸Ì† терминов инновация, инновационный процесс и инновационная деятельность, выявлены этапы инновационного процесса. Проанализированы потребности студентов. Проведен анализ методов организации ÑÐ»Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐºÑÐ¿ÐµÑ€Ñ‚Ð¸Ð·. Разработана модель для сравнительного анализа нововведений для выявления наиболее значимой инновации. Экспериментально доказана целесообразность и возможность внедрения выбранной инновации.

The aim of the work is to develop models for the management of innovative activities of student public organization, providing adaptation of students. Development of a model for comparative analysis and selection of innova-tions. Experimental implementation of the chosen innovationIn work the analysis of existing definitions of terms of innovation, innovativeprocess and innovative activity is executed, stages of innovative process are revealed. The needs of students are analyzed. The analysis of methods of organization of complex examinations was carried out. A model for comparative analysis of innovations to identify the most significant innovation was developed. The feasibility and possibility of implementation of the chosen innovation is experimentally proved.
