Spectroscopic Properties of Flavonoids in Various Aqueous-Organic Solvent Mixtures

O composition of both solvents increases, the fluorescence intensity decreasesrapidly due to the intermolecular hydrogen bonding interaction. The theoretical calculation further supportsthese results.
