СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ТАМОЖЕННОГО АДМИНИСТРИРОВАНИЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЯ ЕАЭС

Создание данного экономического интеграционного объединения призвано обеспечить экономические интересы объединения в целом, а также всех его участников. ЕАЭС является международной организацией региональной экономической интеграции, обладающей международной правосубъектностью. В ЕАЭС обеспечивается свобода движения товаров, а также услуг, капитала и рабочей силы и проведение скоординированной, согласованной или единой политики в отраслях экономики. В условиях развивающихся процессов международной интеграции интересы нашей страны неразрывно связаны ЕАЭС. Совершенствование и повышение эффективности таможенного администрирования является главной задачей при осуществлении интеграционных процессов, в особенности на начальных этапах становления региональных объединений. В статье проведен анализ функционирования системы таможенного администрирования в РФ, выявлены основные проблемы и сформулированы направления ее развития.

Improving and improving the efficiency of customs administration is the main task in the implementation of integration processes, especially at the initial stages of the formation of regional associations. The article analyzes the functioning of the customs administration system in the Russian Federation, identifies the main problems and outlines the directions of its development.
