Systematic scoping review protocol: The social environment predictors of emerging caring behaviours in children and young people

This protocol incorporates all core prescribed fields for a PROSPERO registration with additional detail on search implementation plans and search terms. Scoping reviews are currently not eligible for registration with PROSPERO. Using a systematic scoping review methodology, this review is seeking to document the best available prognostic evidence on the factors that contribute to the emergence or growth of caring behaviours in children and young people from birth to 24 years of age.
