Abstract
- In order to assess the impact of proprioceptive exercises on the position sense ability of the knee joint, we conducted an analysis using Biodex System 3pro®, targeting 42 ordinary people (male=22, female=20). After applyingproprioceptive exercise, we measured changes in balance and flexibility, and active articular position sense (AAPS), depending on gender. To find out the change in each measurement item variable, we carried out dependentt-tests. The statistical significance level was set to 0.05.
