Abstract: A group of skin diseases that occur specifically in pregnant women. The following diseases will be discussed in depth: Pruritic Urticarial Papules and Plaques of Pregnancy (PUPPP), Pemphigoid Gestationis (PG), Impetigo Herpetiformis (IH), Prurigo of Pregnancy (Besnier), Pruritic Folliculitis of Pregnancy and Linear IgM Dermatosis of Pregnancy. The nomenclature and the specificity of these diseases is not clear and causing confusion. The purpose of this chapter is to set and simplify this group of unique skin conditions.
