Single-cell RNA Sequencing of anaplastic thyroid carcinoma samples

Anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC) is a leading lethal tumor, and it is resistant to most conventional therapy. However, recent clinical trials indicated that immunotherapy performed better in ATC than in the late stage of papillary thyroid cancer (PTC). To explore the tumor microenvironment (TME), we conducted single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to profile the cellular landscape of ATC.
