Abstract
- A piezoelectric quartz crystal coated with TEA was applied to the simultaneous determination of the concentration of sulfur dioxide and relative humidity. According to the different dynamic desorption process of sulfur dioxide and water vapor on the TEA coating, the ANN method was used to analyze the frequency response data of the crystal at different times. The concentrations of sulfur dioxide and relative humidity can be calculated simultaneously. The average relative errors were less than 10.09% for sulfur dioxide and 11.3% for relative humidity.
