БЮДЖЕТНАЯ СИСТЕМА КНР НА СОВРЕМЕННОМ ЭТАПЕ

Бюджетная система КНР в современном мире практически не имеет аналогов среди бюджетных систем других государств, вследствие чего анализ ее структуры притягивает к себе пристальное внимание. В статье мы исследуем межбюджетные отношения, проблемы несбалансированности бюджета, а также структуру доходов и расходов страны. Актуальность данной работы заключается в том, что рассматриваемые положения бюджетной системы могут послужить примером для других государств. Хотелось бы отметить в качестве ключевого вывода, что особенность бюджетной системы Китая заключается в специфике страны, большой плотностью населения и территориально-административными признаками.
The budget system of the PRC in the modern world has virtually no analogues among the budget systems of other states, so the analysis of its structure attracts close attention. In this article we study inter-budget relations, problems of budget imbalance, as well as the structure of revenues and expenditures of the country. The relevance of this work lies in the fact that the considered provisions of the budget system can serve as an example for other states. We would like to note as a key conclusion that the peculiarity of China's budget system lies in the specifics of the country, large population density and territorial and administrative features.
