Abstract
- Microorganisms can be defined as a small living forms of life, even can't be viewable with the naked eyes. The three types of microorganisms named Bacteria, Yeasts and Molds in which almost always there may be confusion with their functions, but they are just as real and alive as we are. They eat, grow, reproduce and die also. The tumour cells has also ability to reproduce themselves, to grow in numbers and die to reduce their density in some specific region. In this work we try show the growth for both tumour cells and microorganism with the help of mathematical model and also try to compare the numerical results with the help of Python. This model consists of a system of partial differential equations incorporated with different factors like migrating cells, proliferating cells and nutrient which effects the growth most. At last the results shows the variation of different classes of cell densities with respect to growth function and as well as with the total cell density.
