Abstract: A fast and greensolution-phase peptide synthesis (GSolPPS) via continuous protocol, addressed with propylphosphonic anhydride T3P® as coupling reagent and N-benzyloxycarbonyl-protecting group easily removed by hydrogenation is herein reported.
