Abstract: Possible central effects of the monoclonal CGRP-antibody (CGRP-mAb) erenumab are not yet elucidated. This event-related, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study aims to discover functional changes in pain processing after the administration of erenumab in migraine patients.
