Abstract
- The mechanism of the pathophysiology of clinical phenomena which follow subarachnoid hemorrhage (SH) is still not fully understood. The hypothesis that the blood displaces or disrupts intracranial structures (10) is not convincing particularly for the headache, stupor and sterile meningitis which follow minimal subarachnoid hemorrhage (10).
