Abstract

To analyze the expression of pro-platelet basic protein and transcription factor activating enhancer binding protein 4 genes in non-small cell lung cancer and the prognostic value. 94 patients with non-small cell lung cancer undergoing lung cancer resection in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as study subjects and pro-platelet basic protein and transcription factor activating enhancer binding protein 4 messenger RNA expressions in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and other methods. The relationship between different levels of pro-platelet basic protein and transcription factor activating enhancer binding protein 4 messenger RNA expression levels and clinicopathological characteristics of patients was analyzed using Kaplan-Meier curves, used for survival analysis.
