Abstract

The present study describes the entropy generation on peristaltic wave of Nanofluid with the influence of MHD. The governing equation of continuity, nano particle, equation of motion and entropy generation equation are solved by neglecting the inertial forces and taking long wavelength approximation. With the help of perturbation method, the resulting highly non-linear coupled partial differential equation has been solved analytically. Some prominent graphical results of the pertinent physical parameters for temperature profile, pressure distribution, and entropy generation are presented. Correlation between the entropy generation and some other parameters has been analyzed numerically. Because it is very important to find the sensitivity of each parameter on entropy generation. Moreover, Magnetohydrodynamics plays a vital role in the application of pumping the fluids for pulsating and non-pulsating continues flow in different micro channel designs and it is also very helpful to control the flow.
