Resistance of some lanthanum and lutetium compounds of the type (La, Lu) Me3

Temperature dependences for four nonmagnetic compounds of the type (La, Lu) Me3 are measured and compared with those calculated according to Gruneisen-Bloch formula. The results show that the lanthanum compounds exhibit more clearly and character of the electrical resistivity than the lutetium ones. Additionally the LaSn3 shows a poor similarity to the simple metal. Ein Vergleich der gemessenen mit den aus der Gruneisen-Bloch-Relation berechneten Werten des Widerstandes wird fur vier nichtmagnetische Verbindungen des Typs (La, Lu)Mc3 durchgefuhrt. Die Ergebnisse weisen darauf hin, das die Lanthanum-Verbindungen einen ausgepragteren d-Charakter des elektrischen Widerstandes als die Lutetium-Verbindungen haben. Die LaSn3-Verbindung weist nur geringe Ahnlichkeit zum einfachen Metall auf.
