Abstract

on final consolidation are achieved with daily administration of 40 μg/kg of PTH1-34. Our results suggest the existence of a natural window of treatment efficacy in mouse peaking 18 d. after fracture. Healing processes are anticipated and enhanced from early teriparatide administration. Further applications of the study could be the treatment of osteoporotic or secondary fractures, consolidation delays and non-unions. Disclosure of Interest: None declared
