Abstract
- The beta - and electron-capture branching ratios in the decay of 180mTa and the K internal conversion coefficient of the 93 keV lambda ray were deduced from coincidence measurements between beta -, lambda and K X-rays and a measurement of the relative lambda -ray intensities. The uncertainties in the branching ratios were estimated by a Monte-Carlo technique. The half-life of 180mTa was also measured as (8.152+or-0.006)h.
