The effect of 3D-built virtual environments on awe: nature, mindfulness or both?

The aim of this research project is to examine the effects of different 3D-built environments (an arctic environment with a mindfulness track, an arctic environment without a mindfulness track, and an urban environment with a mindfulness track) on restorativeness and state awe.
