Legal characteristics of the enterprise as an organizational and property complex: modern approaches

В настоящей выпускной квалификационной работе была исследована правовая Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° предприятия как организационно-имущественного комплекса, определены современные Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ к понятию предприятия как объекта гражданского права. Результатом исследования выпускной квалификационной работы являются сформированные рекомендации по решению проблем правового регулирования предприятия как организационно-имущественного комплекса. В качестве выводов, в работе анонсированы предложения по совершенствованию системы правового регулирования предприятия как имущественного комплекса.
In this final qualifying work, the legal characteristics of an enterprise as an organizational and property complex were investigated, modern approaches to the concept of an enterprise as an object of civil law were determined. The result of the study of the final qualification work is the formed recommendations for solving the problems of legal regulation of the enterprise as an organizational and property complex. As conclusions, the work announced proposals for improving the system of legal regulation of an enterprise as a property complex.
