Abstract
- A sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) has been developed based on the dual catalysis of dendritic Pd-Pt porous nanoparticles and horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The Pd-Pt porous nanoparticles, for the first time, were used to immobilize HRP. As a proof-of-concept demonstration, HRP functioned Pd-Pt porous nanoparticles were applied in hCG detection with a detection limit of 0.07 IU Lā1. The linear intervals is 0.1ā6.4 IU L-1. The Pd-Pt-HRP possesses a better sensitivity than the traditional BA-ELISA. Furthermore, the precision and reproducibility and selectivity were assessed to be eligible for the hCG monitoring.
