Abstract

In order to overcome the problem of low personalized user experience in the current service design process, and to explore the personalized user experience and its accompanying uncertainty in service design, this paper proposes a research method of personalized and uncertain user experience in service design. This research method uses data analysis and survey methods, collects 186 service events, and uses the coding method of rooted theory to study and analyze the core dimensions of the user expectation experience confirmation model. In addition, the construction method also uses quantitative analysis and model methods to build mathematical models of various dimensions, which are flattering, restricted, immersive and educational. The research results show that this research method can scientifically and comprehensively study and analyze the personalized user experience and its accompanying uncertainty in service design, and can provide theoretical support for other researchers.
