Abstract: Firstly, this paper analyses the development status of Cross-border E-commerce in Fujian. Secondly, it explores the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of Cross-border E-commerce in Fujian, so as to understand the problems existing in the development of Cross-border E-commerce in Fujian. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding counter measures.
