Opening magnetic hysteresis via improving the planarity of equatorial coordination by hydrogen bonding

The structural change from a dimer to a 1D chain was achieved. As different hydrogen bonding involving the equatorial coordinated H2O, they show significantly improvements in magnetic dynamics, opening hysteresis up to 11 K for the chain compound.
