ПОДГОТОВКА ПРЕПОДАВАТЕЛЕЙ ВОЕННОГО ВУЗА К СОЦИОКУЛЬТУРНОЙ АДАПТАЦИИ ИНОСТРАННЫХ ОБУЧАЮЩИХСЯ

Возрастающий интерес зарубежных стран к российским военным вузам детерминирует активные исследования актуальной научной проблемы – теоретико-методологического обоснования структуры подготовки преподавателей военного вуза к социокультурной адаптации иностранных курсантов. На основе анализа научной литературы автор рассматривает характерные особенности социокультурной адаптации иностранных обучающихся, обусловленные спецификой военных образовательных организаций. Особое внимание в статье уделено интеграции компетентностного, системно-деятельностного, андрагогического подходов к развитию профессионально-педагогических компетенций преподавателей в теории и практике социокультурной адаптации иностранных курсантов. Новизна полученных результатов заключается в выявлении и характеристике диагностически-целевого, содержательно-деятельностного и аналитико-прогностического модулей подготовки преподавателей военного вуза к социокультурной адаптации курсантов из зарубежных стран. Автор представляет ожидаемые результаты реализации такой программы и формулирует выводы о ее значении в укреплении авторитета российского военного образования в мире.
The growing interest of foreign countries in Russian military universities determines the active research of an actual scientific problem – the theoretical and methodological justification of the structure of training of military university teachers for the socio-cultural adaptation of foreign cadets. The work is based on the analysis of the scientific literature, the author considers the characteristic features of the socio-cultural adaptation of foreign students, due to the specifics of military educational organizations. Special attention is paid to the integration of competence, system-activity, and andragogical approaches to the development of professional and pedagogical competencies of teachers in the theory and practice of socio-cultural adaptation of foreign cadets. The novelty of the obtained results lies in the identification and characterization of diagnostictarget, content-activity and analytical-prognostic modules for training military university teachers for the socio-cultural adaptation of cadets from foreign countries. The author presents the expected results of the implementation of such a program and formulates conclusions about its importance in strengthening the authority of the Russian military education in the world.
