Abstract
- It mainly discusses the high-end customer relationship profitability in the Retail Banking, the Pareto/NBO model was applied to measure the potential of customer relationship profitability, then propose the method of CRP measurement based on Pareto/NBO model, and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method of CRP measurement. The result is used for subdividing the high-end customer relationships in the Retail Banking.
