Abstract
- Initially laparoscopic surgery for Crohn's disease was not attempted especially in cases with extensive inflammation, thickened mesentery and adhesions. With the benefit of laparoscopy and greater surgical experience, the laparoscopic approach has been increasingly used for fistulising Crohn's disease. This article is protected by copyright.
