Abstract

Human resources are knowledge, skill, and abilities that make humans the capital or assets of a company. If a company has employees as highly competent assets, the company will benefit more. This is based on the fact that by assuming employees as capital who have the knowledge, expertise, and skills that are qualified, humans who work in a company can run other resources. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the attainment of the SAP ESS MSS Portal features in Bank XYZ specifically in Human Capital Management Module. expected benefits to be gained of this research is to help company know the level of suitability and gaps that might be identified in the features that are evaluated in SAP ERP time management and training and event management submodule. methods that are used to gather data in this research includes interview, questionnaire, and observation. from the data gathered, fit-gap analysis is conducted in order to find problems that might existed on the system. the final result that are obtained from this research are recommendations for the system development such as new the user interface and flow of the activities executed during operating the system and calculation of the cost of business activities / processes before and after system development by making costing matrix. It is concluded that the proposed functions enables company to save both time and costs needed to perform related activities.
