Abstract: An update on the conventional treatment of osteosarcoma, excluding secondary forms due to malignancies by other diseases, as well as the parosteal-juxtacortical forms. The overall survival is 73%, although the protocol is still open. The toxicity and changes established in the forms of administering the drugs to decrease the secondary effects in the short and long term are assessed.
