Abstract
- Chemically pure ferrihydrite crystallites with sizes of 2—6 nm are prepared by a solvent-deficient method by grinding 1:3 molar mixtures of solid Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and NH4HCO3 followed by drying the resulting slurry in air between 80 and 100 °C.
