Abstract
- Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT) and pancreatic cancer (PC) in male patients. Methods: In this retrospective study, two groups were included. Quantitative assessment of adipose tissue was performed by measuring total adipose tissue (TAT) area, visceral adipose tissue (VAT) area, and the SAT area in both the groups.
