Since this pandemic is a foggy novel disease, scientific approved data are not available, and so decisions should be made based on expert opinions. Methods: This is a pediatric HSCT center experience, including preventive and solving strategies specifically undertaken to address problems caused by the COVID-19 outbreak. Results: In this report, we have shared our experience to alert healthcare professionals worldwide to get prepared accordingly. Conclusion: We are not aware of the duration or outcome of the pandemic, but we are intended to learn from our experiences and figure out the best strategies to minimize the possible harms.
