Abstract
- Several cases of fetal intraventricular hemorrage (IVH) have been reported using prenatal ultrasonography (US). However the clinical and prognostic significance of these lesions has not been established. To this aim, four cases of fetal IVH are presented. Methods: US was performed with a high resolution, real-time scanner with a 5.0 Mhz-phased array. MRI studies were obtained using T1 and T2 weighted sections at 4-5 mm intervals.
