Abstract
- In order to achieve the goal to test the dynamic performance for a new hydraulic cylinder product in an old test system, an electro-hydraulic servo position control system is redesigned and modified, which is control by fuzzy PID controller. Compared with the traditional PID controller, the fuzzy PID controller has better precision and faster response speed when tracking step signal, sinusoidal signal and simulated movement, that is, the error calculated by the root mean square is smaller and the response time is shorter. The result show that fuzzy PID Control has higher accuracy and better stability and well achieve the goal.
