Abstract

Malakoplakia is an uncommon chronic inflammatory condition with distinct histopathologic features. Herein, we report a 64-year-old Caucasian female with anemia and renal failure, who presented with 4 weeks of hematuria, vaginal bleeding, and left hip pain.
