Abstract
- A low power low voltage ΣΔ ADM is given is this paper, which can be realized in standard digital CMOS technology. The circuit is realized in SMIC 0.18 μm 1P6M digital CMOS technology. The measured result based on an Advantest T6575 shows that the modulator can achieve 84 dB dynamic range with 1.2 V supply voltage. The total power dissipation is 2460 μW and the FOM is 154. The modulator is useful as a digital IP to be integrated into an SOC system.
