Abstract
- Full wave analysis of arbitrary structures in frequency domain is presented, as applied in WIPL-D Pro, software for 3D EM simulation. Currents induced over metallic structures and equivalent currents placed over material boundaries are found by solving electric field integral equation (EFIE) and PMCHW integral equations, respectively. High efficiency of the method is achieved by a) combining the Galerkin testing with higher order bases to obtain the symmetrical matrix equation of reduced size, and b) parallelization performed at CPU and/or GPU, for matrix fill and incore or out-of-core matrix solution.
