Abstract
- With the aim to prepare adhesives and anticorrosion coatings based on ED-20 epoxy resin, polyvinylformalethylal (viniflex) and ZnO nanoparticles were used as modifiers, whereas aromatic amine hardener (diethyltoluenediamine) was employed as a structure-forming agent. Technology of addition of nanofiller to the modified epoxy matrix was developed and physicomechanical characteristics of binders were determined. It was revealed that filling of the ED-20 resin modified with viniflex with ZnO nanoparticles provides anticorrosion coatings on the steel surface and decreases residual stresses of the binders. Physicomechanical characteristics of the products of modification were determined by dynamic mechanical analysis.
