Optimization of Algorithmic Support for Controlling the Process of Obtaining Large-Size Single Crystals from the Melt

In this paper described and substantiated is the structural scheme of the algorithmic support for the control of the process of obtaining large-size crystals by the Czochralski method. Information-measuring system is considered as a unified firmware complex in which the functions of these algorithmic procedures are combined in optimum way.
