Abstract: This paper introduces the design of a broadband switch duplexer. The switch duplexer is used in the microwave measurement instrument. Series-parallel structure of PIN diode is used in the design of switch. Series structure is used in high frequency band, parallel structure is used in low frequency band, and the micro-strip matching circuit is adopted in coupled inductor. Diplexer circuit has many advantages such as low loss, high frequency division point, working at wide-band range, etc.
