Notice of Retraction: Research on the path of the TMT system integration

To adapt to the change of market environment, the executives needed a way of team's functioning that was more flexible. Based on scholars existing research results, this paper had divided the system main factor of the top management team into team constituent elements and team process elements and proposed the integrated model of the top management team under the guidance of system theory. This paper had proposed the thinking and methods of recombining the constituent elements from the goals integration, the resource integration, the information integration and knowledge integration four aspects and constructed the process synergies relationship of top management team from team reliance management, study management, conflict management and encouragement management four aspects to realize the combining organically of the top management team system.
