Abstract

As the consumption level of my country's residents increases, customers' requirements for the quality of aviation services are also increasing. Airlines must constantly improve service quality to be satisfied with the increasing demands of customers. The application of big data technology is conducive to improving the quality of aviation services and improving customer satisfaction in the air transportation industry. The relation between aviation quality of service and customer satisfaction is studied in this article. At the same time, how big data technology should be used to improve aviation service quality and improve customer satisfaction is discussed in this article.
