Epitaxial indium phosphide nanoflag optical antennas: Directional and polarized emission and absorption

Abstract
- We show a novel structure of epitaxially grown InP nanoflag, characterize its photoluminescence directivity and polarization and its electromagnetic properties as an efficient optical antenna. We discuss applications including light sources grown with their nanoantennas, efficient solar cell and more.
