Scoping Review of Pre-clinical and Translational Studies on Macrophage Polarization in Nanoparticle-based Cancer Immunotherapy

This is a preregistration of the protocol for Scoping Review of Pre-clinical and Translational Studies on Macrophage Polarization in Nanoparticle-based Cancer Immunotherapy. This project aims to answer whether there is an identifiable relationship between nanoparticle characterization (i.e. type, size, shape charge, cargo) and their ability to modulate macrophage polarization in the tumor microenvironment.
