Photo-carrier doping dependent electron excitation and high harmonic generation

Abstract: High harmonic generation (HHG) and electron excitation by intense mid-IR pulses upon photo-carrier doping have been investigated. We observe a damped HHG and increased electron excitation process as a function of the free electron density.
