Abstract
- The developmental pattern of activities of several enzymes in mammalian (mouse) liver concerned with sulfate cleavage and transfer is presented. Maximum arylsulfatase activity occurred at 14 days of age, while sulfokinase activity was greatest at 28 days of age. The similarity of the results for both enzymatic functions suggests a common regulatory factor.
