STM32-Based Platform for Testing Energy Storage Lithium Battery

Abstract
- In order to ensure the good operation and long life of the lithium battery pack, the parameters of the battery pack must be tested, managed and controlled reasonably and effectively. Therefore, based on the intelligent detection chips STM32F103C8T6 and BQ76930, the lithium battery test platform was designed. The platform saves a lot of devices, simplifies the circuit and consumes less energy. It also has small volume, low price and other advantages. The battery current, voltage and temperature are detected by BQ76930, OVC and SOC of battery pack are estimated by STM32F103C8T6, and the battery characteristic parameters are displayed by upper computer. All of these can be used as the basis of battery fault diagnosis and danger judgment. In addition, the detection platform also set threshold protection to improve the security of the platform.
